CUSTOM MADE DESIGNS

At HILBERT KØBENHAVN, we know that jewellery is more than beautiful objects – they are stories about you, your memories, and your dreams.

With over 30 years of experience as master goldsmiths, we offer a process where every step is guided by precision, honesty, and a deep love for the craft.

Please note: For special custom-made designs, a 30% deposit of the total price is required at the start of the design process. The deposit will be deducted from the final price upon collection.

Step 1: The First Conversation

The journey begins with a personal consultation – in the store, by phone at +45 33 93 53 01, or via email at info@hilbertkbh.dk.
Here, we discuss your wishes, dreams, and expectations. We listen, ask questions, and help you find the direction for your unique piece of jewellery.

Step 2: Budget and Possibilities

Before the first line is drawn, we align on budget and materials.
You are also welcome to bring your own gold, silver, or gemstones, which we can reuse if they meet our quality standards.
Our goal is always to find the best solution – not the most expensive, but the one that feels right for you.

Step 3: Sketches and Collaboration

We begin sketching your piece. Throughout the process, you are closely involved and can follow the design as it takes shape – adding your own input along the way.
It’s a collaboration, and we are happy to make adjustments if your wishes evolve during the process.

Step 4: 3D Visualisation

For more complex designs, we can create a 3D sketch.
This allows you to see your piece in a realistic visualisation and share feedback before we move on to production.

Step 5: Craftsmanship in the Workshop

Once the design is finalised, we begin in the workshop.
Here, your piece is brought to life using traditional goldsmithing skills – precision, solid craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality.
We work exclusively with precious materials to ensure your jewellery retains its beauty for generations.

Step 6: Quality Control

Before your jewellery leaves the workshop, every detail is carefully inspected – stones, settings, engravings, and finish.
Nothing is left to chance, ensuring the result meets both your expectations and our own high standards.

Step 7: The Final Presentation

When your jewellery is complete, we invite you to collect it in-store – the final step in a personal and meaningful journey.
