HILBERT KØBENHAVN is a family-owned goldsmith business founded by Morten Hilbert in 1999. Hilbert began his goldsmithing career as an apprentice in 1992 and has since nurtured a lifelong passion for the artistry behind creating jewellery for every occasion in life. Drawing on the knowledge he has gathered throughout his career, Hilbert designs and crafts jewellery that is made to last a lifetime.

Over the years, Hilbert has also brought both of his children into the art of jewellery.

Villy, his son, completed his apprenticeship at HILBERT KØBENHAVN and now works full-time as a goldsmith alongside Hilbert. Together, they guide customers in discovering exactly what they need and then create the perfect piece just for them.

Solvej, Hilbert’s daughter and youngest child, is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in jewellery design at EK (KEA). She manages the digital side of the business, including SoMe, the website, and most importantly finalizing jewellery designs in 3D programs.
